1. Service Agreement
Gardening Chingford offers a range of gardening services including lawn maintenance, landscaping, and plant care. By engaging our services, you accept the scope and limitations of what we provide.

- Landscaping: Design, installation, and modification of garden structures.
- Plant Care: Planting, pruning, and pest control.
2. Payment Terms
Payments for services are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit card, and bank transfers.
2.1 Late Payments
Late payments may incur additional charges. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, services may be suspended until the account is settled.
3. Liability
Gardening Chingford strives to provide quality services. However, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
3.1 Insurance
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage to protect against property damage and personal injury. Details of our insurance policy can be provided upon request.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring that the work area is safe for our team. Any obstacles or hazards should be communicated before the commencement of services.
4.1 Property Access
Customers must ensure that all necessary keys or access codes are provided in a timely manner to avoid delays in service delivery.
5. Cancellation Policy
Services can be canceled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.
5.1 Rescheduling Services
We strive to accommodate rescheduling requests. However, availability is subject to our current booking schedule.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date are due immediately.
6.1 Immediate Termination
Gardening Chingford reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the customer fails to comply with these terms and conditions or engages in inappropriate behavior.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gardening Chingford operates.
7.1 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
8. Amendments
Gardening Chingford reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
